I couldn't get a normal ticket, it was full?? But at the same time i could get a more expensive ticket with audio, strange. So it wasn't full Why?? I didn't want audio and didn't use it. It ssems to be a mthod to sell more expensive tickets But the castle was really beautiful.

The view of Lisbon was great from that spot. Getting tickets with my phone and skipping the line while everyone else stood in was wonderful.

The attraction was lovely, well worth the visit. Suggest people take transport to there as the steps through the City were arduous!! Unfortunately the ticket office staff were on strike so the only option was online booking, however, this was quite easy to do. Definitely recommend the venue.

Tickets waren binnen een minuut geboekt terwijl degenen in de rij voor de kassa wel een uur moesten wachten. Prachtig kasteel en uitzicht, zeker de moeite waard tijdens een bezoekje aan Lissabon.

Our guide João was great. He shared the history of Lisboa and the castle with us. As we entered the castle, he really pointed out the unique features of the castle in a fun way. Would definitely recommend especially since there's not a lot of details around the grounds to explain a lot of the history and usage of the castle.

Hundreds of people queue outside of the castle to get tickets inside. We downloaded our tickets and got straight in. No idea why everyone queues

The rooms were gorgeous, as is the electric exterior. The audio didn't work. The line at the entry front was chaotic, very crowed in beginning of tour & when there were route options it thinned out. Loved the hung room, and terraces & views of courtyard. We hiked up from the train station, a clear route marker along the way would be helpful. We walked to the old fort after castle.

Our guide Miriam was exceptionall!. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. Her English was fantastic, and she really knew her subject. It was a fun tour where we learned a lot!.

A reserva dos ingressos foi muito fácil e tudo digital. O acesso foi muito fácil e o castelo, pelo menos oque sobrou dele, é maravilhoso. Podemos deixar nossa imaginação reconstruir tudo e voltar a viver naquela época.

Tickets were easy to get and saved tons of time to get into the castle. Silva was a great guide. Tons of knowledge, a great story teller and kept the tour moving. Definitely recommend.

Paid too much for ticket through this site. Expected an audio guide but was not able to access guide. Turns out it should be free with tickets bought at gate if it was accessible. Recommend just buying ticket at gate.

São Jorge Castle was absolutely magnificent! Visiting Lisbon for the first time, I was happy to get into this wonderful castle, too, and enjoy breathtaking views of the city as well as its ancient serenity. Headout helped me book tickets online very quickly, right at the entrance to the attraction, so I have saved tons of time by skipping the queue for spending it on further exploration of Lisbon later on. I totally loved the experience!

Lisbon is really beautiful and it was great to be able to climb up to the Castle to be able to see much of the city below. The Castle itself was fascinating and was very well maintained.

We did the tour with Joa he was very friendly and spoke very good English. He made our tour very interesting and made the odd funny joke to keep us entertained. We learnt quite a bit of the history of Lisbon and before he finished gave us a few of his recommendations for his favourite restaurants. Loved the tour. Thank you

Firstly, the guide did not initially meet us in the designated place. Myself and another couple had carefully read the instructions and were waiting at the correct place. It seems one other family were by the ticket office and the guide was waiting with them. I had to call the office twice before the guide came to meet us. Once in the castle, whilst the guide was friendly, I felt that she wasn't especially historically knowledgable. I could have learnt more from simply going with the audio guide (significantly cheaper). I did not feel this tour was worth the additional money paid for a guided tour.

Our guide, Alex was amazing. He provided us with so much detailed information about St George Castle. Aex went out of his way to make sure we saw all the main sites in the Castle and his knowledge of historical events that happened at the Castle was amazing.

It was wonderful getting to walk around the castle with our guide, Elber. He was very knowledgeable of the history and geography of the area surrounding the castle and showed us key important places from above on the hill! It was interesting learning what the various parts of the castle were used for, and envisioning what it looked like in the past, based on descriptions and stories Elber shared with us.

The attraction was lovely, well worth the visit. Suggest people take transport to there as the steps through the City were arduous!! Unfortunately the ticket office staff were on strike so the only option was online booking, however, this was quite easy to do. Definitely recommend the venue.

São Jorge Castle was absolutely magnificent! Visiting Lisbon for the first time, I was happy to get into this wonderful castle, too, and enjoy breathtaking views of the city as well as its ancient serenity. Headout helped me book tickets online very quickly, right at the entrance to the attraction, so I have saved tons of time by skipping the queue for spending it on further exploration of Lisbon later on. I totally loved the experience!

Los lugares son impresionantes. Pero no recomiendo comprar para la torre de Belen. Despues de una hora de cola al sol y la misma casi no se movia, nos fuimos. Perdimos dinero pero ganamos en salud. En el Monasterio y en el Castillo no hubo problemas. Mala organizacion en la Torre, deberian mejorar mucho el acceso o limitarlo y no permitir comprar tantas entradas o hacerlo con horario.

La compra de la entrada ha sido muy sencilla y, además, te dan un pequeño porcentaje de descuento por haber comprado otra entrada antes. Y el castillo es maravilloso, tod muy lindo, vistas preciosas. Y la audioguía gratuita que ofrecen en el castillo es muy buena.

A estrutura e a parte histórica do castelo são muito interessantes. A vista de Lisboa lá de cima é linda. Porém, o museu é bem simples e o local não apresenta muitas informações históricas sobre o castelo e o que se passou nele.

Ticketing was easy and enabled us to not have to wait in a queue to visit. Great views of the city. Don't both to eat at the cafe inside, the views are good, but the service is poor.

Sehr schöne grosse Anlage, gut erhaltene Burg. Obwohl viele Besucher da waren, verteilen sich die Menschen gut und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass es überlaufen ist. Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Schöne Pfauen, die im Park frei herumlaufen.

15 dakika erken geldiğimiz için içeri girmemiz neredeyse 45 dakika sürdü. Kuyruklar çok büyük. Zaman kontrol edilmiyor. Ve korumalar oldukça kuru. Genel olarak bileti istediğiniz saatte alın ve istediğiniz saatte gidin, fark etmez.

Genel olarak her şey. Manastır mimari açıdan çok güzel. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir. Olumsuz bir şey söylemem gerekirse, manastır ziyaretinden sonra (bildiğiniz gibi ücretli) ücretsiz olan (ve şu anda yapım aşamasında olan) kiliseye girmek için sıraya girmeniz gerekiyor. Manastır gerçekten muhteşem! Görünüşe göre bir düğün için ayrılmış olan ve aynı zamanda yenilenmekte olan Şapele erişemediğim için hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Hayal kırıklığı esas olarak bilet rezervasyonu yaptığımda (internette) bilgi almadığımdan mı yoksa görmediğimden mi kaynaklanıyor? Gizem... Bu binanın tarihi, yapılmış veya yapılmakta olan çalışmalar ve halka açık olmayan duvarlarda hala neler olup bittiğine dair açıklamalar/paneller eklemenin ilginç olacağını düşünüyorum. Hiç keşiş kaldı mı?

It was easy to buy tickets from Headway and show thrm on my phone at the entrance. Despite timed entry ticket you still have to join the back of the queue. It took about half an hour though this was early in the morning in November and may be longer in busier times of the year. The inner courtyard of the monestry was stunningly beautiful and well worth the wait in line. Despite the people it felt very tranquil and it was easy to imagine the monks passing through it, enjoying the sheltered sunshine in the winter and finding cool shade In the hot summers. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the church was closed for renovation so I missed out on that. Despite this I'd still recommend it if you love architecture or just beautiful places

We went at 1pm on a very sunny November Tuesday. There was at least 1h wait time. No thanks! We went to Cascais instead and came back the day after at 3.30pm. (We at 2pm tickets for the Tuesday but they were valid for 2/3 weeks, what's the point?!). It was overcast so we were ready to be in line for a while (less hot!) but no line at all! Yeah! It was not crowded, it took us a little more than 30mins to visit (only the cloister, church was closed). In my opinion, it was worth coming back for (beautiful ❤️) but not worth being in line 1h++ for. They have a pretty bad system - they could have time slots like in many touristic places, this would be way more efficient

Going in with our 3:30pm timeslot was okay, around 15 min waiting time. The monastery architecture was great. There is a church next to it which you can visit for free.

El monasterio es precioso, fuimos el martes 12/11/2024, no tuvimos que hacer nada de cola para entrar. Pero las indicaciones de Google maps, están mal y te hacen dar toda la vuelta al monasterio cuando la entrada la tienes justo delante.

Ho prenotato i biglietti d'ingresso al Castello di Sao Jorge appena siamo arrivati davanti. Ci sarebbe stata una coda infinità alle casse da fare, che ci avrebbe portato via sicuramente tanto tempo che invece abbiamo potuto dedicare alla visita. È' stato tutto velocissimo e la visita è stata meritevole
